Day 1

Departure Day. We'll meet at our offices in Study Butte at 8:00 a.m. to pack our gear and leave for the river. Our journey today takes us into true backcountry wilderness. Our overnight camp will be set up in an open area for the best possible viewing. While our guides prepare dinner and camp, you'll have time to hike, explore or just relax. Darkness will kick off the star party. The party ends when you're ready to quit.

Day 2

Our last day on the river starts with a big country breakfast, followed by the final exploration of the Rio Grande. We'll take-out in the early
afternoon where our vans will be waiting to return us to the Far Flung Outdoor Center.

Please Note: This trip will operate by canoe or raft, depending on water levels on the day of departure.
